This is a place where writers can experiment with new ideals without the rigorous stress of submitting to other publishers. People who are nervous about their writing, or those who want to test if people enjoy the story or theme they were aiming to portray in a story or poem. Hence, the name Coppice of Tales.
A coppice was an old technique of harvesting lumber to cut a young tree and allow it to regrow before cutting the same tree down again. This would put the tree under continual growth. The ideal is that on this website stories themselves are alive in a sense. The ideas in stories can be grown and expanded.
